Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, our professional sales will advise you the suitable model machines.
Q2: How do you ensure that it's the right machine I need? Or How can I check the quality?
You can ship us your sample material and marking content for testing, samples will be done within 1-2 days after get your sample material, then we take pictures and video for you or can ship it back to you for quality checking.
Q3: I don't have experience to operate this machine, what should I do?
We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.
Q4: What payment terms can you accept?
Any payment is possible for us, like TT, Western Union, Paypal, E-Checking, Master Card, Cash etc.
Q5: How do you ship the machine to me?
Generally, it was shipped by sea or by Air.
Q6: What’s the package? Is it safe enough to protect the products?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we use wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
Q7: What is the lead time?
For standard machines, it is 5-7 days; For customized machines, it is according to your requirement, it would be 10-15 days.
Q8: What is your warranty? What should I do in case the machine break down?
We provide 2 years warranty.During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service and technical support.
